Greg and Maui Home Buyers far exceeded my expectations. They offered me the perfect hassle free solution to selling my rental condo on Maui and they did exactly what they said they were going to do – they bought my property all cash, and closed exactly when I needed them to! Before calling I was expecting a low ball offer, but in the end I actually walked away with more cash than I would have if I had left the unit vacant for months for showings, paid for cleaning, repairs and commissions, etc. Highly recommend to anyone that isn’t a fan of the standard, long and complicated process of selling a house; give them a call!

I was trying to sell a property on Maui, in Kihei, for years. I couldn’t get anyone to buy it due to it’s location, problems with the neighbors harassing everyone that went there, tenants not paying rent and constantly breaking their leases, and the rough condition of the house and ohana/cottage. It was a money pit; draining my bank account. Maui Home Buyers provided a quick and easy solution, and took care of everything! I’m so grateful I went with them. Highly recommend!
