My experience with Maui Home Buyers was exceptional, painless with no stress whatsoever.

Due to issues requiring moving to the mainland fairly quickly and the situations and circumstances caused by and the result of the Lahaina fires, etc. depressing the normal Maui Real Estate market, I turned to a different method to find a buyer for my condo.

And that is where the partner team of Greg and David of Maui Home Buyers came in. Local Maui residents whose primary business covers Maui but also serve the other islands as well.

We met Greg and his family through childcare and asked him for help with our home bc our payment was just too high and hard to keep up with. He was incredibly helpful, he taught us a few different strategies that could make our payments way easier to handle, including doing a refinance, converting our house into a rental, or buying a cheaper house and keeping this one as a rental. In the end, he showed us how we could convert a storage area into a studio apartment that we can rent out and the rent will cover half of our mortgage payment!

He even shared all his best contacts with contractors and other repairmen, mortgage lenders, and realtors, that he found through his years of trial and error, so we knew we were getting the best professionals without taking chances and paying the price of weeding through the shady ones.

The best part about working with him is that he never asked for anything in return. It’s clear that he loves his business and is passionate about helping people, even when there’s nothing in it for him. I would recommend anyone to call him whether you want to sell your house, or if you just need help figuring out how you can afford your house so you can keep it or rent it out. 10/10 Recommend!
