Greg and David are long time Maui residents, business partners and very close friends. Although we didn’t grow up here, we have family roots and history in the islands, particularly on Maui and Oahu. We are both family oriented and spend most of our free time with our families, kids, and of course our dogs!

When he’s not working Greg is also an avid surfer and can be found longboarding at thousand peaks, sandpiles, Honolua Bay, or Kahului Harbor on a weekly basis. He’s also passionate about cars, and cruising the islands country roads. He has a major soft spot for dogs, and spends much of his free time playing with his 3 rescue dogs and his daughter, and also volunteering and donating to animal shelters like the Humane Society of Maui.

Most importantly, we aim to make a positive impact in the lives of Maui residents that need housing and need someone to give them a chance. By working with organizations such as Maui Economic Opportunity (MEO), Family Life Center, Catholic Charities of Hawaii, Maui County Section 8, and Ka Hale A Ke Ola, we have been able to provide clean and safe housing to countless Maui residents that were either in the shelter or facing homelessness, often due to mental illness, disability, having been in an accident or developing health issues that made them unable to work.
