after my home got flooded from an old drain pipe leaking inside my wall and insurance refused to pay. I thought I was screwed, but they helped me find the silver lining.
At first I had my guard up until I realized that they were actually honest, good people and truly just wanted to help, even if they’re not getting anything in return. Working with this company made the selling process very easy for me. They explained everything I needed to know upfront, including what to expect through every step of the short process. They paid in cash and were ready to close within a matter of days. They did what they said they would and that was important to me.
