Timeframe: Once we get your property info, we can typically make you a fair all cash offer within 24 hours. Often the biggest delay in closing the sale is just waiting for the title and escrow company to transfer the property. This part typically takes about 3-4 days, as the closing documents need to be signed and cash funds deposited with the escrow company at least 3 days prior to the sale being recorded at the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances (this office is located on Oahu, but don’t worry, the escrow companies take care of all of the heavy lifting for us; they can even send a notary to sign papers at the location of our choice, so theoretically we could close the sale without ever leaving our homes).
